Chest Grand Hotel - Stored in a transpacific steamer's hold. Strapped to the back of a 1912 Bentley traversing the Paris-Peking route. Wood box, brass hardware, distressed and hand finished in glowing golden-yellow, deep ruby red inside. Stores blankets, pillows, books, tickets to the opera etc. Decor of rare Grand Hotel labels from the period. Perfect size for end table, small coffee table, or combine to make an island?
