Classic Chess board - I learned chess from somebody called Ben Danziger, who polished me off unmercifully while holding conversations with my parents. He appreaciated my enthusiasm about coming back for more punishment. Ben taught me that a good chess board needs to be both easy to play on , as well as pleasing to the eye. He only played on inlaid marquetry boards, and insisted on stowing each piece in its own padded compartment.
