Skipjack Model Ship - The Skipjack was designed as a boat that could harvest oysters in shallow waters. At the peak of building, around 1910, there were some 2000 Skipjack sailing the Chesapeake Bay.

Authentic Model boats were created from original plans for shipyards and museums. These incredibly detailed models are built wood strips on shaped timbers.
