Ship Deck Resurfacing

A deck is defined as a permanent covering over a section of the hull of the ship. On a boat or a ship the first layer of the deck is a horizontal structure that provides support and strength to the ship. This forms the lid of the hull that doubles as a smooth working surface. Most ships have more than one level within the hull and above the primary deck.
