International Order Process - Step by step guide

1. Shop our site and add your items to the basket.
2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking here.
3. After signing up with Bongo, you will be provided with your very own US address.
4. Back at our website, continue to Checkout.
5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING & SHIPPING Address.
6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions Allowed.
7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
8. Once completed, log into your Bongo account and finish your verification process.
9. We will ship your order to your Bongo address and Bongo will take over from here. Please communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.


A Note About Duties and Taxes
International orders are subject to duties and taxes.  All taxes, duties, and other shipping related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.  These charges are non-refundable if you refuse your shipment.  Fees incurred by Cyber Island Shops for merchandise returned to us with duties/taxes/fees owed on them will be deducted from any balance owned to you on your refund.
